    Hi Michelle!

You have some great restaurants on your list, but of course you know that this also means the reservations will be hard to get.  This is particularly true when you travel at such a busy time of year, so you are wise to plan ahead.

First, I suggest that you approach this from two angles, using both online reservations and calling 1-407-WDW-DINE.  If possible, enlist the help of a fellow traveler, and both of you work the computers and phones, giving you four times the opportunity to snag what you want.  And get up early!  You call call as early as 7 am EST, and I definitely would be dialing by 6:55 am.

Next, I think you have to decide which reservations are most important to you, and make those first.  Maybe you 'must have' Mama Melrose on Christmas day, or maybe you are most concerned about booking breakfast in the castle.  Whatever it is, book your 'must's' first.

Christmas Day aside, in order of 'hardest to get', I would reserve like this:

Le Cellier, Cinderella's Royal Table, Mama Melrose/Fantasmic DIning Package, Akershus, California Grill, Spirit of Aloha dinner show (luau), Chef Mickey's, Happily Ever After dinner, Whispering Canyon Cafe, Boma, Cape May, Planet Hollywood.

Hope that helps, and good luck!
