    We have ADR @ Momma Melrose's for 3 at HWS for 6:40pm on September 26th do you think this allows enough time to make it to Fantasmic for 8:00 or are we risking not getting seats for the show?? Thanks for all your help this panel is great!

    Hi Sarah! You must be so excited that you'll be at Disney World soon! It sounds like you're planning a fun day at Hollywood Studios! Dining at Mama Melrose's and then catching Fantasmic is a great idea, but I am afraid that you might not be able to get seats at Fantasmic. The show is so popular that guests line up at least an hour before showtime, and often the theater has standing room only at least 30 minutes prior to Fantasmic. Your meal at Mama Melrose's will take at least an hour, and then you'll have to walk over to Fantasmic. You likely won't arrive until a few minutes before showtime, and there's a good chance you won't be able to get in the theater. If you really want to see Fantasmic, I recommend that you move your reservation at least an hour earlier. Another alternative you may want to consider is calling 407-WDW-DINE to inquire whether any Fantasmic Dining Packages are available for lunch or dinner on that date. Mama Melrose's is one of the participating restaurants, and booking the package would entitle you to receive VIP vouchers for seating in a reserved section at Fantasmic.
