    We have an ADR at MK for breakfast at the Crystal Palace before the park opens. My mother plans to rent a motorized scooter. Will she be able to rent one upon our entry for the breakfast or will she have to wait until the official park opening?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Mom Panel team! 

    Crystal Palace is one of my favorite restaurants to dine at during a day at Magic Kingdom. Located right off Main Street, this restaurant has Winnie-the-Pooh and his friends. 

    While the rental for ECV opens at park opening, you should be able to have them accommodate you. You can just go to the rental location next to Guest Services and tell them you have a dining reservation at Crystal Palace.

    You can get a multi-day pass which will reduce the cost.
