    Have ADR for Mickey's backyard BBQ on Saturday, Nov 23, will be visiting Animal Kingdom during day. Driving own car, what time should we leave Animal Kingdom to make 5 pm ADR and where do we park at to attend the BBQ?

    Mickey's Backyard BBQ is rated as one of the best shows at the Walt Disney World Resorts! With good food and special Disney friends, how can your day go wrong!

    Mickey's Backyard BBQ is located at Fort Wilderness Campsite. I would allow an hour to drive from Animal Kingdom to Fort Wilderness. This will allow for traffic and provide you extra time in case you take a wrong turn. When you arrive at Fort Wilderness, you will see signs for the BBQ and you can follow them to park.

    Remember, if you do not have your tickets, you need to be at the show 40 minutes prior to retrieve them.
