    Hi, I have a ADR at H&V with the FDP. I have read several bad reviews recently about H&V. Can I have your opinion. I am travelling with 1 DS and 3 DA --- all not picky eaters.. I have been looking to see if anything is available at MM but nothi

    Hi Melissa,

    I have eaten at Hollywood and Vine several times. I would not characterize the food as bad, but in my experience, there are many other restaurants at Walt Disney World. I have always found there to be a variety of fresh items on the buffet line. But I have never found there to be anything particularly "wow" or special there. If you're using the meal to get into Fantasmic early, then it's a perfectly acceptable alternative to Mama Melrose.

    I'm not sure what time your reservation is for. Sometimes there are FDP seatings that are actually in the lunch service. The lunch as H&V is a character meal (not dinner). You children might like to see characters from the Disney Junior shows while they're dining and this could easily outweigh any perceived inadequacies with the food.
