Is admission to the parks free to children 3 and under?

Admission into the Walt Disney World theme parks is free for children UNDER THE AGE OF THREE. This means that babies, one year olds, and two year olds get free admission. Ages three and up must pay to get into the parks. There is a child's ticket available for kids ages three to nine. All guests ages ten and older must pay the adult ticket price.
