Hiya there, Megan, thanks for stopping by planDisney!
Disney continues to
Reimagine Tomorrow and offers
Disability Access Service (DAS) to eligible guests. This is a wonderful resource to aid in navigating the
Disneyland Resort. Our family has experience
using this resource, and it has always been positive. I'm happy to help you navigate this process for your upcoming arrival!
Make sure everyone has a
Disney account and their tickets linked to their
Disneyland app. You can
pre-register virtually between 30 and 2 days prior to your visit, and for up to two advanced reservation DAS passes for
select attractions. You will need to have all tickets available and linked to the person's Disney account at the time of pre-registration to pre-register. However, you can still add people once you're on property, just visit a
Guest Relations & Information location in either
Disneyland Park or
Disney California Adventure Park. The person that will be registered will need to be present at Guest Relations to add any other guests to their DAS pass. You can also do a
live chat with a cast member after registering to make selections and add people to the DAS pass.
It sounds like it will be an exciting experience for this group and I'm wishing both a magical, and seamless experience using DAS and visiting the Disneyland Resort! If you have any other questions, feel free to
reach out again.
Adventure awaits!
Camille
