Hi Stacey!
I'm excited to hear from another Stacey who loves
Walt Disney World!
It sounds like you are doing everything correctly, but let me help you by providing a few tips.
I am not sure if you've tried to link the tickets through your My Disney Experience Mobile App or a computer, but what has worked for me in the past is switching up the method I'm using. If you linked them using the My Disney Experience Mobile app try using your computer instead.
Once you are logged into your
Disney account on your computer, visit the page to
link your reservations and purchases. From this page, you can link your resort reservation, dining reservation, tickets, memory maker, magic band, or annual pass. Make sure to have the confirmation number handy so you can easily link it to your account. The confirmation number can be found in the email you received.
If the tickets were not linked previously, this should help. Another option is to link tickets through your
Friends & Family list. If you linked the tickets in this manner, make sure that those guests have the setting enabled to share. Depending upon the settings, guests connected via Family & Friends will be able to see all of your plans or only view plans you have in common. The default setting is “All My Plans”. To change what plans you are sharing with someone on your Family & Friends list, go to your Family & Friends list, select the person and select either “All My Plans” or “Only Plans We Share”.
If you're still unable to see your tickets in your My Disney Experience account, please call
Guest Relations at 407-939-1936.
I hope you have a magical vacation!
Magically,
Stacy
