We have just added my stepdaughter to our resort booking. We are struggling to add her to our dining reservations though. Where would we stand on walking up withher to our reservations? Do you think concierge may be able to help by calling ahead?

    Hi Zoe,

What a nice surprise that your stepdaughter can join you on your vacation!

Your question is a tough one to answer. If you are looking to go from a party of three to a party of four, it might easier than a party of four to five. Of course, you do not say when you are going. Depending on the time of year, you may have a harder time.

I would recommend calling Disney Dining at 407-WDW-DINE and talk to a cast member. They may be able to assist you in finding a time that can accommodate your extra special guest. They can also help you find restaurants that are similar and have availability.

As for walking up to the restaurant or having concierge call ahead, these are all good suggestions if you can not get a change. You may have to wait longer or find another restaurant. I recommend a back up option for any reservation you can not change.

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
