I added husbands ticket to my experience a/c before i added to his own a/c! Now it Has disappeared! Tried calling Disney but i am in the UK and is is saying 187 min wait time! Please help!

Hello Eileen, and welcome to planDisney.

Goodness me!  There really is nothing magical about a Disney Theme Park Ticket disappearing before your very eyes.  However, I feel sure that with just a little faith, trust, and pixie dust we can make your husband's ticket reappear once again so that your family can continue to make plans together via My Disney Experience.

As the current UK-based Panelist here at planDisney, I can totally, and utterly relate to avoiding long international phone calls to the United States of America!

Eileen, you'll be pleased to hear that I've some great news to share with you concerning calling the House of Mouse.  Guests like you and I from the United Kingdom are able to dial the UK freephone numbers contained within this handy Walt Disney World Resort Phone Directory.

To connect with a Cast Member who will be able to fully access your My Disney Experience account, and therefore will be best placed to offer some tech-savvy assistance, please dial the UK freephone number for Technical and Website Support found within my previous link.

Another cost-free way to connect with Cast Members is via the Chat With Us feature within the My Disney Experience Mobile App.  Simply open the App on your smart device, and within the welcome screen, select the Chat With Us tile to open the feature and begin typing your enquiry.

Eileen, you may have tried this already, but how about trying to re-link your husband's Magic Ticket to his My Disney Experience account by following these instructions -

     - Log in to My Disney Experience via a desktop computer
     - Head to My Plans within the drop-down menu
     - Hover over Park Tickets and select Link Tickets
     - Continue to follow the onscreen prompts to enter Ticket ID Numbers (which are located underneath the barcodes on your Will Call eTicket vouchers)

I hope that I've been able to provide a little insight for you today Eileen.  If you should have any further questions at all concerning your upcoming holiday to the magic of Walt Disney World Resort, then please do feel free to pop back to me here at planDisney.

Have a great Disney day ~ Jane
