Another cost-free way to connect with Cast Members is via the
Chat With Us feature within the
My Disney Experience Mobile App. Simply open the App on your smart device, and within the welcome screen, select the
Chat With Us tile to open the feature and begin typing your enquiry.
Eileen, you may have tried this already, but how about trying to re-link your husband's
Magic Ticket to his My Disney Experience account by following these instructions -
- Log in to
My Disney Experience via a desktop computer
- Head to
My Plans within the drop-down menu
- Hover over
Park Tickets and select
Link Tickets - Continue to follow the onscreen prompts to
enter Ticket ID Numbers (which are located underneath the barcodes on your Will Call eTicket vouchers)
