Why hello there, Jennifer! Welcome to planDisney!
I'm so excited to hear that you're making plans to visit
The Most Magical Place on Earth this May! Spring is my favorite season to visit Walt Disney World Resort and I'm absolutely twitterpated for you. You'll even be arriving as the
EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival is in full bloom! Be sure to take some time to sample the outdoor kitchens and discover all of the character topiaries.
It sounds like your travel party is expanding since you've added a second room to your reservation. The only thing better than visiting Walt Disney World Resort is visiting with people you love! In my experience, magic multiplies when it's shared, and your trip is sure to be an extra special one.
First, let's make sure that both
Disney Resort hotels are connected to your
My Disney Experience account! Log into your account online, hover your mouse over the My Disney Experience tab, and click
My Plans. Scroll down to view the plans you've made, including your Disney Resort hotel reservations. You should be able to see both hotel reservations listed with the people in your travel party! If not, just have that second reservation number handy and link it using the
Link Reservations and Purchases page.
Jennifer, when looking for your reservations through the
My Disney Experience app, you'll first want to tap the icon that looks like three stacked lines in the bottom right corner. Tap on Future Plans and scroll down to see all the reservations you've made! Since your My Disney Experience app is linked to your My Disney Experience account, these reservations should be synced.
If you've created the reservations, travel plans, and accounts for your entire travel party, you may want to share the planning with the other adults on your reservation! To do this, log into your account online. Hover your mouse over the My Disney Experience tab and click
My Family & Friends. If you see the members of your travel party with the words "Plans managed by me" next to their names, you can share planning so each Guest can co-manage their plans. All you need to do is click "Update" next to each name and click the "Share Planning" link. Enter in that Guest's email address and they will accept the invitation on their end. Now, each adult Guest can log into their own My Disney Experience account and manage their plans!
I hope I was able to help you view your Disney Resort hotel reservations, Jennifer! If you have any other questions, please fly your magic carpet our way again. After all, you've got a friend in me!
There's a great, big, beautiful tomorrow!
Michelle
