I've added my family on the MDE app trying to make a park reservation, when it says link tickets I do this put number in and it says reservation already done by my daughter add to friends and family list but she's already there??

Hi there, Louise! Thanks so much for stopping by.

Believe it or not, the exact same situation has happened to me! I was unable to link to my sister's My Disney Experience account but her name was frustratingly showing under my Family & Friends!

Louise, what I did, and what may work for you, was to try and create a new friend with the same name. I went into my Family & Friends in my My Disney Experience Account, and selected the option to create a new friend. I then typed her name exactly the same as the existing profile and clicked "invite this guest to join" and input in my sister's email address that she used for her My Disney Experience account. Once her new profile was created and she accepted my request to link up, I was able to sync our tickets.

If creating a new friend doesn't work for you, you may have to hop on the phone to the trusty Cast Members at 0800 16 90 749. They will be able to go in and manually link the two accounts.

Before you head out, be sure to check out all the information you need to know before you leave home.

I hope that this helped, Louise. Please come back here to the Disney Parks Moms Panel if we can help as you plan your magical adventure.

    See you real soon!
