Welcome back to planDisney, Kyla. Thanks for bringing another question to us! We're always happy to help Guests make magic on their next
Disney vacation. After all, as
Snow White would probably remind us, a little planning can help keep the magic whistling right along.
If the extra day that you added is at the same resort, in the same room type and category, and booked with the same
Special Offer (if there was one used), you can request that the reservations be combined by
contacting a friendly Cast Member on the Tickets and Hotel Reservations line at the resort. If they cannot be merged, you can ask if a note can be placed on the reservation requesting that you not have to change rooms. Just note that room requests cannot be guaranteed, but Cast Members will try their best. If the reservations
can be combined, you'd likely only have one booking window for
dining and
Lightning Lane reservations. If they cannot, you will have two different booking windows.
Now, did you know that Guests staying at a
Disney Resorts Collection Hotel from May 26 to September 8, 2026, can
visit one of the two water parks for free on their check-in day? I'm so excited to take advantage of this perk myself. I was able to go to
Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park last summer, and this summer, I'm going to try out
Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park. It's the perfect way to cool off after all that fairy-tale vacation planning worthy of
Snow White herself! So be sure to arrive early on your check-in day, leave your luggage with
Bell Services, and jet off to the
water park of your choice. Just don't forget to pack your bathing suit, water shoes, sunscreen, and anything else you might need for that day in a carry-on bag so you don't have to rifle through your luggage when you get to the hotel. Just change and GO!
Kyla, I'm making a wish at
Snow White's wishing well that your vacation is full of magical moments. If you have any other questions, just whistle...or, you know,
ask me!
Whistling while I work,
Matt
