We added a day to my reservation but at a different resort. I'm getting 2 sets of magic bands. Will both sets work throughout the whole trip? Can I decline the first set? I prefer to keep the second set because we have an extra person joining us.

    Dear Julie,

Thank you so much for reaching out to us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your great question about planning ahead for your MagicBands.

With a split stay such as you have reserved, you will indeed get two sets of MagicBands and they will both be active throughout your time at the Walt Disney World Resort. If you wish to decline one set of MagicBands, that is totally fine also. You can visit your MagicBands and Cards page on My Disney Experience and indicate that.

Hope that helps with your magical planning!
