Hello Shea! Thank you for visiting planDisney with your question.
I am so sorry to hear you have been unable to secure the theme park reservations you are looking for. At this time, all Guests ages 3 and up will need both a
Disney Park Pass reservation and valid admission in order to enter a theme park. I have been keeping my eye on the
theme park reservation availability calendar and I know that some upcoming dates have limited availability.
Once purchased,
Walt Disney World theme park tickets are not refundable. However, the ticket start date can be modified to a future date (if the new date has a higher cost, the Guest is responsible for the difference) or t
he value of an unused, expired ticket may be applied to the cost of a new ticket. If you would like to speak with a Cast Member about your options,
call the existing tickets line or try the chat feature in the upper right corner of the
Help Center page.
I would encourage you to keep checking for Disney Park Pass availability. Other Guests' plans change all the time, and it is possible that you might be able to find a reservation for your extra Guest.
Shea, if you have any additional questions, please stop by planDisney again anytime. We are always happy to help.
Anne Marie
