Hi Nicki! Thanks for stopping by planDisney with this great question!
Adding the
Disney Dining Plan to your stay is one of the best decisions you can make when planning your visit. It allows you to account for a majority of your meals prior to arriving and helps make your stay as stress-free as possible. With this new promotion that is available in the coming days, having the chance to add it for free is very enticing.
Nicki, you should have a fairly easy time adding the Free Disney Dining & Drinks to your upcoming stay. If you booked your package directly through the Walt Disney Travel Company website, I suggest
calling the Disney Resort Hotel Reservations line and speaking to a Cast Member. They will be able to look into the package you currently have booked and see if you qualify for the new promotion. There is a chance that you may need to modify your existing stay to be eligible for this promotion, but they will be able to answer all of your questions when you call.
If you booked your stay through a third party (travel agent), you'll need to contact them directly to make changes to your reservation. They may also have specific terms and conditions, so it will be best to let them advise you on the next course of action.
One of my favorite aspects of planning a Disney holiday is deciding which dining locations to try during our stay. With countless options between the theme parks and Disney Resorts hotels, you will have plenty to choose from. If your family enjoys character meet and greets, mixing in a couple of
Character Dining Experiences will be a great idea.
1900 Park Fare offers a chance to meet a variety of characters, all while enjoying a buffet-style meal. Cinderella, Princess Tiana, Aladdin, and Mirabel may all swing by your table throughout your time there.
Nicki, I hope this information helps you plan for your stay!
