Hi Desiree!
Welcome to planDisney! I'm always planning my next Disney vacation (just ask my husband!), so like you, I like keeping an eye open for the best deals to get back to the magic!
Desiree, Walt Disney World Resort currently offers
two dining plans to guests booking a vacation package. Whether you choose the
Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan or the
Disney Dining Plan, you'll find both give you the convenience and flexibility to choose from dozens of dining locations around the parks. Adding a dining plan can give your vacation more of an "all-inclusive" feel as you'll be able to redeem meals and snacks throughout your stay. You may even find that the dining plans save you money during your trip! For example, if you've added the Disney Dining Plan, you'll find
character dining is available and, for most of those experiences, you redeem one Table-Service meal - a great value!
Of course, the dining plans are even more attractive when they are offered for free as part of a special vacation package promotion. Unfortunately, the special offer for
Disney+ subscribers which offered free dining has ended. In recent years, we have seen dining promotions like this one or a dining card available to guests. While we don't know when or if similar offers will return in the future, I always recommend keeping an eye on the
Disney Parks Blog or official social media, like the
Disney Parks Instagram page, for the latest updates!
While this may not be the news you were hoping for, you may want to check out the
current special offers available to guests. Just yesterday, two new ticket offers were released for late spring and summer visits. These include options to visit
three parks or
four parks during your vacation at a great discount over regular pricing. Even better, these tickets are date-based so you do not need to worry about
theme park reservations during your trip!
Desiree, I hope that like Cinderella and her glass slipper, you find the vacation deal that fits you perfectly! Please stop by to see me or my panelist pals here at planDisney again in the future - we're all ears!
See ya real soon,
Kristi
