To link to your entire travel party, you’ll want to connect via the
Family & Friends List. That way, everyone can see any plans you’re making as a group. Before linking together, make sure everyone has their own My Disney Experience account. Any child’s account can be managed by an adult, and I recommend that the child’s parent/guardian create the account to make any future planning easier.
You can set up your Family & Friends List on Disney World’s website or by using your My Disney Experience app. On
Disney World’s website, hover over the My Disney Experience button, then click “My Family & Friends.” If someone from your travel party isn’t listed, click “(+) Add a Guest,” and follow the prompts.
To do so on the
My Disney Experience app, click the 3 lines in the bottom right corner, scroll down to click “Profile,” then click “Family & Friends” at the top of the page. You can see your whole list on that page. If you need to add someone, click “(+) Add a Guest,” and follow the prompts.
If you were hoping to add your family to an existing
Disney World resort or
dining reservation, once you’re connected via your Family & Friends List, you can use your My Disney Experience app to locate your reservation and modify it. Or you can
call Disney World to have a friendly Cast Member assist you.
