Hi Marta!
Thanks for stopping by with a question for us. I'm happy to help!
Yes, you should be able to upgrade your
Annual Pass to add Disney PhotoPass Downloads at any time. I did not add it when I initially purchased my Disney Sorcerer Pass, but decided to upgrade early on. The process is simple and can be done right from your
My Disney Experience Mobile App.
Simply click the feature menu (≡) at the bottom right of your app, then select the tile for "My Tickets & Passes." Locate your current pass and click the "Upgrade Pass" option below the barcode. You'll be able to review all the upgrade options currently available on the following screen and follow the prompts to complete your purchase. If your "Upgrade" button is not clickable, or you need assistance you can
contact a Cast Member by phone or visit the main entrance ticket window at the parks.
At this time the Disney PhotoPass Downloads add-on is priced at $99 plus tax for the year. Keep in mind that prices are subject to change. I'd also like to mention that this add-on is not prorated. If your Annual Pass expires next week and you decide to add the PhotoPass option today, you'll be charged the full price at the time of upgrade, even if there is only one week remaining for your pass validity period. I recommend completing the upgrade early on in your pass' usage window to maximize the benefit.
Once you have the PhotoPass Downloads add-on, you'll be able to download your magical memories for 365 days from the date of capture. This is an extended window as compared to standard
Memory Maker purchases in which photos and videos
expire 45 days from the date of capture.
I hope this helps, Marta. If you have additional questions please don't hesitate to come back and let us know. Wishing you plenty of magic and beautiful photo memories!
Adventure is out there,
Amy
