Hey there, hi there, Mary! Thank you for cruising on over with your question.
Disney Cruise Line has some of the most
amazing ships sailing the high seas, and something unique to the Disney ships is the awesome layouts designed to accommodate families or friends traveling together.
Whether or not you can add a person to your reservation is going to depend on two things. The first thing is the
type of stateroom you have and the number of people already in that stateroom. Most staterooms can accommodate 3-4 people, some can accommodate up to 5, and even some of the larger suites can fit up to 7 guests. So you'll have to determine if your stateroom can accommodate one more person.
The other thing is whether or not the ship has sold out. Not every stateroom has to be filled to capacity in order for the ship to be full. So even though your stateroom may be able to hold another guest, if the ship has reached capacity, you won't be able to add someone to your reservation. The only way to find that out is to
call Disney Cruise Line to speak with a Cast Member that will be able to help you.
I am keeping my fingers crossed, Mary! I hope your whole crew is soon shipshape and ready to sail.
Anna
