Hello, Janice!
Thanks for stopping by with a question for us. It sounds like your trip countdown is getting shorter and shorter and I'm happy to help ensure you have everything set for your arrival.
If you already purchased theme park tickets or have a room and ticket Vacation Package, be sure that is all linked to your
MyDisney Account. The information may already be linked if you completed your purchase online while logged in, but if not, you can
link admission and hotel/package confirmation details on this page. Once the details are linked, you can view them on your
My Disney Experience Mobile App under "My Tickets & Passes" and "Future Plans" from the feature menu (≡).
If you are traveling with a
MagicBand+ you can use it to enter the parks with valid admission and access Lighting Lane entrances at attractions with the purchase of
Lightning Lane Passes. Be sure to link the band to your app and
complete the setup process before you arrive. If you do not have a MagicBand+ you can also create a
Disney MagicMobile Pass which will be stored in your smartphone's digital wallet and offers similar functionality.
If you have a date-based ticket that doesn't require theme park reservations, there is nothing else you'll need to do in terms of technology before you arrive. However, you can utilize the complimentary
Disney Genie Service within the app to create a wish list of experiences you'd like to enjoy and get a suggested itinerary. To use this service open the app and click "Summon Disney Genie" on the blue banner on the homepage. Select "Start Now" and follow the prompts to select your date of visit, starting park and party members before indicating your top attractions and experiences each day. Note that this will not generate any reservations or attraction return times but you can use it to create a game plan for your day.
If you are hoping to purchase Lightning Lane Passes for your park days you can complete the process from the main banner on the app homepage. This will be available
according to your eligibility window (7 days before check-in for Disney Resorts Collection hotel guests, and 3 days before ticket start date for off-site guests). When within your window, select "Purchase" and choose your date, starting park and whether you want to purchase Multi Pass, Single Pass, or both. Follow the prompts to select your attractions and modify return windows as necessary.
Janice, if I've misunderstood your question or you need help with something I didn't mention please reach back out to us. You can also
contact a Cast Member by phone or via the online chat on the website for additional assistance and troubleshooting. Wishing you a magical trip!
Magic and memories,
Amy
