Heigh-Ho Ashley,
planDisney is happy to help Guests with all their Walt Disney World vacation planning questions from tickets to dining, transportation to special events, we have every twist and turn covered and ready to answer.
Guests planning a Walt Disney World vacation should make a
My Disney Experience profile and download the
mobile app. This is your Walt Disney World vacation hub. Here Guests are able to monitor their Disney Resort Collection hotel reservation or vacation package, purchase/modify/upgrade Walt Disney World tickets, create their
Disney MagicMobile digital pass, make an advanced table-service dining reservation, browse and select, order and pay for
mobile food order meals, stay up to date on attractions wait times and that’s just a small tidbit of what it will do for you. Take the time and become comfortable navigating your My Disney Experience, it truly is a handy dandy tool.
Guests upgrading their Walt Disney World tickets to include the
Park Hopper option can do so through their My Disney Experience mobile app. Select the
menu option in the lower right-hand corner and then choose
Tickets & Passes. Here you will see your tickets at the top of your screen. Scroll to the first ticket you would like to change and select
Change Ticket. Next, you will select or deselect from the
Family & Friend List others you would like to change, then select
Continue. To upgrade to the Park Hopper option select
Ticket Type. A list of upgraded options will appear and you will select the
Park Hopper option and continue through the check-out process to finalize your upgrade. And, finally, you are set to park hop during your stay at Walt Disney World. If you are having difficulty you can call (407) 566-4985 and a Cast Member can help you out with upgrading.
Guests, with the Park Hopper option, can begin park-hopping at 2:00 p.m. until the time the parks close. A Disney Park Pass reservation is only needed for the first park you are entering for the day and you MUST enter the park before park-hopping. Entrance into the park hopping parks is at the discretion of Walt Disney World in maintaining park capacity. Currently, Guests can check park availability on their My Disney Experience mobile app or by calling (407) 560-5000.
