Hi Cathy, and welcome to planDisney! There’s nothing quite like planning your next visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth, so I’d be happy to help with your question and make sure you’re all set for your vacation.
While you can add notes to
My Plans on the Disney World website, that feature is generally intended for you and your planning party (when you create a note, you can also choose to share it with people on your
Family & Friends List). If you’d like to add a request or note to your Disney resort hotel reservation for a Cast Member to see, I’d recommend calling the
Tickets and Hotel Reservations phone number. I’ve often done that ahead of my trips to add a request for a specific room location or bed rails for my nephew.
I see that your
Disney resort hotel stay is coming up in just a couple of months, so let’s talk about all the
perks you’ll get to maximize the magic!
You should already be able to book
dining and
Enchanting Extras for your whole stay (up to a 10-night stay), since Disney Resort Hotel guests can make reservations 60 days before check-in. And if you’re planning to buy
Lightning Lane Passes, you can do that seven days ahead of check-in for your entire stay (up to 14 days). Since popular Lightning Lane selections go quickly, this will give you access to better availability!
And when you're at Disney World, you can take advantage of
Early Theme Park Entry and enter the theme parks 30 minutes before regular park opening every day! This has been super helpful for my family when we want to try to get in as many attractions as possible before heading back to our resort hotel for my nephew’s nap. If you’re staying at a Deluxe Resort hotel or Deluxe villa, you also get access to
Extended Evening Theme Park Hours.
There’s also a new perk for 2025—
complimentary water park admission on check-in day! It’s the practically perfect way to kick off your vacation while you wait for your room to be ready.
One last thing I wanted to mention before I go. When you get to your resort hotel, take a picture of the recreation schedule, usually posted in the lobby or near the pool area. There are lots of fun activities, both complimentary and paid extras, throughout the day. The offerings vary by resort hotel, but my family loves to stop by the campfire in the evenings to roast marshmallows when it’s on the schedule.
I’m wishing you the most magical stay at Disney World this November! And if you have any other questions, you’re always welcome back at planDisney.
