Hiya Laurie!
Welcome to planDisney. And thanks for bringing your question to us!
You’re going to love staying at your
Disney Resorts Collection hotel. Along with being near the theme parks and having Disney Transportation whisk you away to the parks, it just makes sense to
stay in the magic! Thanks to the incredible service from friendly Cast Members, and perks like Early Theme Park Entry, there’s no other place my family would rather stay at than a Disney Resort hotel!
Laurie, if you have already placed your party’s
MagicBand or MagicBand+ order through your reservation, it cannot be modified, and additional orders cannot be processed. However, no worries, because your new Guest would be able to purchase them at
shopDisney, theme parks, and various shops at
Disney Springs, should they choose to.
However, if you have not yet placed the order, you’re welcome to add your Guest to your Disney Resort hotel reservation, subject to room occupancy, and then place the order for your entire party through the reservation. Please note that your room rate may increase when adding another Guest.
You may be able to add an additional Guest to your existing reservation through your My Disney Experience account. To do this, please log into your
My Disney Experience account, and on the top right corner, select the
My Disney Experience logo. From the drop-down menu, choose
My Plans, and scroll down until you locate your Disney Resort hotel information. Next to the reservation, you should see a link in blue that states
Change Reservation, and by selecting it, you will be given the option to change your party. Please choose this option to add your Guest and then finalize and confirm. If your hotel reservation is part of a Walt Disney World Resort
Vacation Package, you can also add tickets for your new Guest at this time.
If you need any help with this process, please call and speak to a friendly Cast Member at
Disney Resort Hotel Reservations.
Once your Guest has been added to your reservation, you can place your MagicBand order! Yippie!
Wishing you an enchanting vacation, Laurie!
Aena
