I want to add my nephew's six year old twins to my family and friends list. Their parents are both on my account and the twins have accounts, but I can't add them. Do you know how I can do that? Thanks!

    Howdy, Christine.

Welcome to planDisney! You must be oh-so excited, because in just a few short days you'll be right in the middle of the magic and having a grand old time partaking in all the fun of The Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary Celebration. I can hardly focus on anything else when my vacation is so close, and I imagine it's the same for you.

My Disney Experience is an essential Walt Disney World Resort planning tool that's a one-stop shop for all of your vacation needs. I love the convenience of managing my family's plans from one central location and being able to access it anytime, anywhere. It sounds like you are the planner of your group as well, so kudos to you for managing the magic for everyone!

My husband and I often travel with friends and family and their young children, so I've had to tackle this very issue on a few occasions. Your nephew or his spouse manage the My Disney Experience accounts for their twins since children under the age of 13 are not able to have their own My Disney Experience accounts. This means there's no direct way for you to connect with them if they aren't showing up in your Family & Friends list already. Since you've already connected to your nephew and his spouse through My Disney Experience though, and they are on your Family & Friends list, their children should also show up for you. However, it sounds like this isn't the case.

To remedy this, whoever manages the accounts for the twins needs to access their My Disney Experience account. In the My Disney Experience App, they'll want to go to the menu, then their profile. If they click on their Family & Friends list, they'll want to scroll down and make sure they've selected "Yes, share my Family & Friends list." From a browser, have them hover over where it says My Disney Experience at the top right and click on "My Family & Friends." They'll need to click "Update" next to their name and select "Share My List" in order for the twins to show up on your end since you are already connected to your nephew and his spouse.

Hopefully, the issue is remedied through one of these two options, but if not, the best recommendation I can make is for you to call the stupendous Cast Members at the My Disney Experience and MagicBands line at 407-939-4357 for further assistance. They'll be able to wave their magic wand, and you'll be connected to your nephew's twins faster than you can say bibbidi-bobbidi-boo!

Be sure to check out the EPCOT International Festival of the Arts while you're here. There are so many Fun for All Ages experiences to take advantage of at the Festival that I'm sure your nephew's twins (and everyone) will enjoy!

I hope you have the most amazing trip making memories with your family, Christine. If you have further questions, please stop back by planDisney anytime. We'd be happy to help!

    See ya real soon,
