Welcome to planDisney, Susan, and Welcome Home!
It looks like your
Disney Vacation Club adventure is just around the riverbend. We just returned from a weekend stay at our Home Resort,
Disney's BoardWalk Villas. Even though I have lost count of how many times we have visited
Walt Disney World Resort, I feel like Pocahontas singing, "You can't step in the same river twice. The water's always changing, always flowing." Each vacation, we experience something new and unique. Let's take a look at your upcoming reservation.
In order for a Guest's name to appear in the Resort reservation in
My Disney Experience the name must first be listed in the DVC reservation made through the Member website. All individuals staying at the Resort must be registered as Guests. This can either be done on the
DVC Website by selecting "My DVC" and "My Dashboard" to view and modify your Guests or by calling
DVC Member Services. You are able to share plans with other individuals who are not on the reservation through My Disney Experience. You would just need to add them to your
"My Family & Friends" list by simply selecting "Add a Guest." Then you could see your shared theme park and dining reservations through My Disney Experience. You just are not able to have a Guest listed on the Resort in only My Disney Experience. I hope this helps you make plans with friends for your upcoming vacation.
Thank you for visiting planDisney. We are here for all your Disney Vacation Club adventures.
Enjoy making magical memories!
