You are so right about the delivery of MagicBands to your
Disney Resort Collection hotel. You should be able to pick them up at the Front Desk as soon as you arrive for your magical vacation. I’m so sorry to hear that you’re having issues.
I spoke to a Cast Member about your MagicBand issue and they said to make sure your vacation package confirmation number is linked to your My Disney Experience account. To select your MagicBands, go to the My Disney Experience drop down on the right side of your computer screen and select “Resort information,” then select MagicBands and you will be able to customize and purchase your bands at a discounted price as part of your package.
