Hey there, Jesse! Welcome to planDisney!
It sounds like you're in for a fun time soaking up the sun in both the
Walt Disney World Resort Theme Parks and Water Parks on your next visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth! I bet your children are going to love splashing around in
Ketchakiddee Creek at
Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park. It's a fantastic water park play area designed just for them! Made for kids who are 48" tall and under, your little ones will be able to comfortably play in fountains, slides and caves that are just their size. There's also ample shaded seating nearby, so you can let your child have some free playtime while you're still close by!
Since Ketchakiddee Creek is a pint-size version of Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park fun, it is included with their admission to the Water Park. If you and your family have purchased either the
Park Hopper Plus Option Theme Park Ticket or the
Water Park and Sports Option ticket, you already have admission to Typhoon Lagoon! If you're still debating on which ticket to purchase, think about it this way; the Park Hopper Plus Option gives you and your family a chance to "hop" around between as many Theme Parks and Water Parks as you would like in one day. The Water Park and Sports Option allows Guests to visit one Theme Park per day, along with one admission to either a Water Park or a round of golf, FootGolf, or Miniature Golf at
Disney's Oak Trail Golf Course,
Disney's Fantasia Gardens Miniature Golf Course, or
Disney's Winter Summerland Miniature Golf Course.
If you have already purchased your
Theme Park Tickets and want to add on one of the Water Park options you may be able to do so right in your
My Disney Experience account. Just head to the website, click "My Plans" and then "Tickets & Memory Maker." From here, you might see "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" if you can upgrade on your own. If not, a simple phone call to a Cast Member at the Existing Tickets line will be able to help. Just call (407) 934-7639 and get ready to make a splash at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park!
While you're there, be sure to check out
Happy Landings Ice Cream. They have some truly delectable treats including the EARidescent Ice Dream Cone, sparkling just for
