Can I add a guest to my resort stay and add park tickets to my reservation less than 30 days before my stay?

Hot dog, hot dog, hot diggity dog, Erika! Welcome to planDisney. I'm excited to hear that your trip countdown is in the double digits!

If you booked your Walt Disney World Resort hotel reservation through Disney directly (either online or over the phone) and have it linked to your My Disney Experience account, you may be able to make changes online on the "My Plans" page. If your reservation is eligible to be modified, you'll see a link to the right of the confirmation number that says "Change Reservation." Once you select this option, you'll see a series of options to adjust different components of your reservation, including adding an extra guest; just make sure your accounts are connected via My Family & Friends. I recommend trying this through your desktop instead of the mobile app. Some reservations can only be changed by speaking to a Cast Member; if that is the case, try calling (407) 939-1936. Wait times tend to be lower when they open the phones lines at 7:00 AM EST, so I suggest setting your alarm and calling early.

Theme Park Tickets can be bought through the Walt Disney World website. After purchasing them, you will get an email with a confirmation number that you can use to link them to your account. Before buying, double-check the Theme Park Availability Calendar; as of this writing, all theme parks are good to go at the end of March. And don't forget to make those Disney Park Pass Reservations!

I'm sending some pixie dust to Texas, Erika, in the hopes you get this all worked out quickly! If you have any more questions, please feel free to write back.

Hi, I'm Eean from Pennsylvania! I may have an unusual name, but my passion for Disney is not unique. It's incredible how many people you can find who love talking about "The Most Magical Place On Earth!" I'm that mom who always has her ears perked at PTO meetings, in the grocery store aisle, or at my monthly Bunco club for an opportunity to give someone a planning tip to help make their vacation even more magical.
