Adding a payment method to your profile in My Disney Experience makes it easy to make in-app purchases while visiting Walt Disney World Resort. Your stored payment method can be used for
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering, in-app Disney PhotoPass purchases, and
mobile checkout in select merchandise locations. At this time, only credit and debit cards are accepted as
stored payment methods.
Disney Gift Cards are accepted just about everywhere at Walt Disney World Resort. I am a big fan of using Disney Gift Cards myself, so I have a couple of tips for you. If you have an egift card, save it in your phone's mobile wallet. Most checkout registers at food and merchandise locations can scan the bar code on your phone for payment. For in-app purchases such as mobile food orders, save the gift card ID numbers as a note on your phone so you can just copy and paste instead of typing in the numbers when completing your transaction.
If you are staying offsite, you won't need to worry about a pin number. A pin number is only needed when charging purchases to a room folio at a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel.
