how do i add our flight info for the Mears transportation?

    Kathy,

Thanks for asking your question to planDisney!

I recently took the Mears Connect shuttle from the Orlando International Airport to my Walt Disney World resort hotel, and I was pleased with how close the experience was to the old Magical Express. The wait for the bus was a hair longer than in the past, but nothing significant.

As to sharing your flight info, you do not do that via your My Disney Experience account. You will need to do that directly with Mears when you reserve your rides for your trip via the Mears Connect website. They will ask for the usual, like airline, flight number, anticipated arrival time, and date. The same goes for your departure, if you are using them to get back to the airport at the end of your vacation. Pickup locations for both legs of the journey are at the exact same places where the Magical Express operated in the past.

    BONUS TIP
I used the more standard, and affordable, Mears Connect service. But they do have an "Express" version of that service. It will cost you more, but you will experience shorter wait times, and likely shorter ride times. This can be well worth the money on certain trips, especially those shorter visits where you don't have a lot of time to wait around on a bus.

Write me back if you have any follow-up questions, especially about on-property Disney transportation services.

    Have a Magical Vacation!
