How do I add an experience, or note, to my plans to show that we have an appointment at the Pirates League?

Aaarrgg! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Jaclyn! At this time, most activity reservations cannot be directly added to My Disney Experience in the same way that a dining reservation can. However, I have a little tip for you! The thingamabob that does the job is the Notes section in My Disney Experience. It is the perfect spot for storing confirmed activity reservations, like Pirate's League, that may not otherwise show up in your account.

The best way to do this is to hop on your laptop and pull up the full web version of the Walt Disney World Resort website. When you go into the My Plans section of My Disney Experience, scroll down to the My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets section. Click on the Add More Plans pull-down tab and choose the option to add Notes. This will open a box labeled Add A Note to My Plans where you can label it as Pirate's League and include any special information, such as your confirmation number. There is also an option where you can share your Note with any person listed in your My Family & Friends List. When you complete this, your Note will show up in the day’s itinerary, as well as the itinerary of anyone with whom you shared it. Doing this has saved me many calls to Cast Members to get my confirmation number and scheduled time again!

I hope this helps you plan for your pixie-dusted adventures! Thanks for stopping by and please let us know if you have any other questions!
