How to add Disney magic kingdom tickets that I already bought on the phone to my Disney experience account

    Heigh-Ho Timothy,

Welcome to planDisney, we are happy to help you with any question you may have about your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation.

When it comes to planning and visiting the Walt Disney World Resort, one vacation guide is a must, My Disney Experience.  My Disney Experience is a vacation tool that allows Guests to book a Walt Disney World vacation, purchase and link tickets, schedule dining reservation, check on wait times for attractions, make mobile food order, check-in to your Walt Disney World Resort… and that’s only just the cusp of what it will do.  If you have not already done so, I highly recommend each adult Guest set up a My Disney Experience profile along with downloading the app on your mobile device. If you are traveling with younger Guests be sure to add them to your Family and Friends list, which can be found in your My Disney Experience profile. Between now and the time of your arrival, get to know everything this handy dandy tool can do for you, so when you arrive it is but magic at your fingertips.

Assuming you received a confirmation email, with information about your tickets, first, sign in to your My Disney Experience profile. Second, highlight Park Tickets and select Link Tickets. Next, locate the 12-digit ID number in your email confirmation, there will be one for each ticket you have purchased, and enter the number as prompted. You will then assign the ticket to yourself or another Guest you have in the Family and Friend list. If a ticket, you have purchased, needs to be assigned to another adult Guest, who has a My Disney Experience profile, simply have he/she follow the same instructions as above using their profile.

Now, this is IMPORTANT, make sure to make your Walt Disney World Theme Park reservation. All Guests, with a valid ticket, will need to have a reservation prior to entering the park. As soon as you know what day you would like to enter a specific park, visit your My Disney Experience profile and make your selection.

If I can be of any further assistance, please let me know, and may your upcoming stay at Walt Disney World be filled with many magical and memorable moments.

I am a Dreamer who has always believed dreams are meant to be the path to your future. Walt Disney, I believe, felt the same way, "All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them." Disney has always been proof that endless imagination and the passion to make them come to fruition is possible. I will never be to old for Disney, it is home to all of us Dreamers.
