Can you add the dining plan upon check in if you have a magic your way package? I believe I saw earlier you could, but when I called they told me it had to be added three days prior to arrival. We have room and one day ticket package.

    Hi Robin!

To add the meal plan for your vacation, you would add it less than 48 hours prior to arriving at the Walt Disney World Resort. This is in place in order to make sure any dining reservations are linked properly to your vacation package.

Please keep in mind that if you have a vacation package booked you would need to make any changes, including adding the dining plan, 45 days prior to arrival to avoid paying any penalty on the reservation.   Penalty charges range from $50 to $200 depending on the time frame in which you make the changes.

Hope this will help you plan your magical vacation!
