If I add the DDP to a 3 day, 2 night pkg (March 26-28) will I be able to use it as soon as we arrive on the 26th, before check-in (and where?), to when we leave a park on the 28th? Then, if we have remaining credits, how can I use them to not waste them?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Thanks for stopping by to ask a question about your upcoming visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth. I hope you have a wonderful vacation filled with memories that will last a lifetime.

The Disney Dining Plans are a great add on to a Walt Disney World Resort vacation. My family has always saved money when using a Disney Dining Plan over the cost of paying out of pocket for our meals. I have some great news all Disney Dining Plans including the Disney Deluxe Dining Plan are valid from the moment you check-in until midnight on the day you check out. You will need to stop by your Disney Resort hotel in order to activate your Disney Dining Plan or use Online Check-In before you arrive. By either stopping by the Resort or checking in online your Disney Dining Plan will become active if it is part of your vacation package. Disney Dining Plan credits are valid at most restaurants in the Theme Parks, Disney Resort hotels and at Disney Springs. I encourage you to make Advanced Dining Reservations before you arrive. Dining reservations can be made up to 180 days in advance.
