How do I add club level service to my existing reservation? We are arriving on July 27th at Grand californian. Plus how do we access the pool? Do we need a band when we use it (is it the same way as Aulani?). Thank you in advance.

Hey, Emmalynn! Thank you for your question.

The Villas at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel and Spa offer guests the best thing - location. You're literally steps from Disney California Adventure Park when you stay at this gorgeous resort.

Guests who have booked one of the Disney Vacation Club villas using their DVC points do not have the option to add on club level service, however, if you've booked in the hotel rooms - not a villa - you may be able to add club level when you arrive. The option is available to add on as space is available. It's not guaranteed, but they can tell you when you check in if there is availability and add it to your reservation. The cost varies, so be sure to ask when you ask about availability.

As far as swimming pool access, you'll just need your Key to the World Card, which is your room key when you stay at the hotel. Unlike at some other DVC locations, you can't pool hop if you are staying here, but with three stunning swimming pool options, I can't imagine anyone would even think about doing so.

Have a fantastic time during your visit!
