hello, i have acutally 2 questions- my first is we are traveling in Septmeber 2011 and was wondering if was a slower time to go not as packed? and i also wanted to get some opinions on the wilderness lodge villas which we are staying in. we have never been

    Hi James!

Historically, September is one of the slower times to visit Walt Disney World - and the fall is one of my favorite times at Disney World! The weather is usually still quite warm, but the evenings start to cool off just a little which is perfect for enjoying the parks at night!

The Wilderness Lodge & Villas are one of my favorite places to stay at Walt Disney World! The Lodge is absolutely stunning, and the lobby area of the villas is a great place to enjoy a few minutes of relaxation. The fireplace chairs in the villas' lobby are quite inviting and the quiet atmosphere is perfect after a day in the parks!

As a guest at the Villas you're also welcome to use the amenities of the lodge. Be sure to check out the main pool area and the lodge's lobby fireplace. The lodge & villas also host a variety of activities like cookie decorating, rubber duckie races and movies on the beach. All are quite fun!

Hope you have a great trip! AND I hope you enjoy the lodge as much as I d!
