What actual time can I start booking for 2024 packages on the 31st? Are they released at midnight (eastern standard time)?

Hiya, Robyn, and welcome to planDisney! We've been waiting for 2024 bookings to open, and it's almost coronation day. For the first time in forever, guests can book trips for dates starting in January, and I know you're poised and ready to make those plans. Like Princess Anna, I don't know if I'm elated or gassy, but I'm definitely in the zone to make some magic in 2024!

I spoke to a friendly Cast Member who said guests could call Disney Resort Hotel Reservations for help booking a vacation starting at 7:00 AM EST on May 31. He said there has yet to be an official announcement of what time online reservations will open, so I suggest trying around 6:00 AM EST if you want to be among the first to book your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. I like your idea of booking a Vacation Package because it will secure your Disney Resort Hotel Reservation and Theme Park Tickets with a single deposit.

Robyn, check out all the latest announcements on the Disney Parks Blog. You'll find details about Theme Park Reservation changes and the return of Disney dining plans. So tell the guards to open up the gates, and I'm sending some icy magic so you'll book the 2024 trip of your dreams. And please stop by planDisney anytime!

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
