On the actual day of the park entrance what do we need to provide for entrance. I purchased with my card a gift for my son's family so he won't have the card

Hi Lois! Thanks for stopping by to visit us with your question here at planDisney!

Your son and his family are going to have the best time during their visit to the Walt Disney World Resort thanks to you! I hope they bring you back some goodies from the Main Street Confectionary at the Magic Kingdom Park as a souvenir!

If you had the theme park tickets emailed to you, your son can print them out and show them to the Cast Member at the front gate of the park. He can also pull up the email, with the digital tickets on it, on his mobile phone. If you indicated that you will be picking up the tickets at Will Call and he will not have the credit card you used to purchase the tickets, you should call Walt Disney World Ticketing at (407) 566-4985 or (407) 939-5277 before his visit. They will be happy to help you get a copy of those tickets.

Lois, your son should create a My Disney Experience account before his Summer visit. This account will help him organize all of his vacation information. It will keep tabs on his theme park tickets, Disney Resort hotel stays and dining reservations. All he has to do is link his information to his account! The best part is, he can access all of that information from his mobile phone when he downloads the My Disney Experience app

I hope this information is helpful to you! Please feel free to come back to see us if you have any more planning questions. It’s our pleasure to help you with all the details of your family’s next magical visit!
