What activities are planned for the parks for Easter 2015? I do not see specific events posted? We are staying at the Saratoga Springs resort.. any activities there? Thanks!!!

    Hi Richard!

How exciting to be spending the Easter Holiday at the Walt Disney World Resort! There are a few activities going on to help you celebrate the Easter Season.  From now through Easter, Sunday April 5, 2015, the Easter Bunny himself is greeting guests in the Town Square area at the Magic Kingdom during daytime hours. Upon arriving at the Magic Kingdom, consult a Times Guide for exact times the main bunny will be available that day.

At Epcot, you can put your sleuthing skills to the test with the Egg-Stravaganza egg hunt. Also running from now through April 5, 2015, you can purchase an egg hunting map and stickers from several locations in Epcot. Once you have found all the eggs, return your map for a special surprise! For some of the most intricately detailed eggs you may ever see, visit Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa to see beautiful, edible chocolate Easter Eggs created by the Grand Floridian Bakery!  While I don’t know of any specific activities for you at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa, I would inquire upon checking in if the resort has anything special planned.

I would also keep your eye open for special Easter themed treats. Seasonal cupcakes seem to be very popular at many locations, and while I can’t guarantee it, I wouldn’t be surprised to find some spring or Easter themed goodies in bakery cases around property. One of my favorite locations for a special treat is the Main Street Confectionary on Main Street, U.S.A. Anything from the Main Street Confectionary would be the perfect ending to a visit with the Easter Bunny!

Wishing you a very Hoppy (and Happy) Easter!
