What activities are good for a 10 & 13 year old at the Nassau Bahamas port? Besides dolphin experiences. We will be there in May 2016

    Ahoy, Rebecca!
It is wonderful to be able to assist you again! I have a few Port Adventure recommendations for you to consider for your day ashore in Nassau. If you want to experience some splashtacular fun, the Atlantis Aquaventure offers a half or full day excursion at the Atlantis Resort. Your girls are great ages for this type of adventure since they should be tall enough for the waterslides. Another adventurous option is the Catamaran Sail and Reef Snorkeling. This will give your crew a chance to see some beautiful marine life in the ocean as well as enjoy the sights of the island from the Catamaran.
If you are not looking for splashtacular fun ashore, two land based tours to consider are the Graycliff Chocolatier-The Art of Chocolate Making and Factory Tour or the Nassau Forts and Junkanoo Discovery. I recommend the first one if you are interested in seeing how the chocolate is made and the Nassau Forts if you want to learn the history of the island.
If you decide to stay on the ship, there will be plenty offered for you to experience. Your daily cruise newsletter, the Personal Navigator, will have all the details.
Thank you again for stopping by, Rebecca!
    Have a magical day!
