    I have an active magicband on my disney experience link from last year. I want to get a new band do I cancel the active band showing or just add another id# to my name? I I am only buying tickets once I link my tickets do I still have to go to will call?

    Hi Ellen,

    Thanks for directing your question to me!  I have ordered a new MagicBand for each Walt Disney World vacation and have never cancelled my previous bands. I've always ordered my new MagicBand via My Disney Experience and also made sure to link my theme park ticket and Disney Resort hotel reservation to my account. If you are not staying on property and will be purchasing a MagicBand, you can simply add your new MagicBand ID Number to your My Disney Experience account

    After linking your tickets to each Guest, you should not have to go to Will Call if they appear on your My Disney Experience account. With an annual pass, I have had to stop at Will Call in order to activate it; however, I've not needed to do that with regular theme park tickets.
