If you started playing around with your Disneyland Account or the
Disneyland Mobile App, you might have noticed the option to select a character for your profile. Although my favorite Disney character is Alice, I could not help but choose Moana as my Disneyland Account profile character. I guess it is my way of trying to manifest a Moana attraction one day!
The character feature of the Disneyland Account is just for your account. Although you may store other people’s tickets on your app, you will not be able to select characters for them. If they would like to select a character for themselves, they must do so on their own account. Additionally, you will only see your own selected character on your app, not any other characters others may have selected. I hope that answers your question.
Speaking of characters, hugs are back at the Disneyland Resort, and there are tons of opportunities right now for
interactions with characters in person. The last time I was at
Disneyland Park, I saw Goofy, Donald Duck, and Minnie Mouse just minutes after entering Main Street, U.S.A. I hope you have similar luck. So grab your autograph book and get your camera ready because there is a bunch of magic to be had during your next visit.
