As the account holder for a booking, am I the one in charge of ‘spending’ everyone’s dining credits please?

Welcome to planDisney, Olivia! Thanks so much for stopping by with your question today. The Disney Dining Plan is such a great way to enjoy all the delicious food at Walt Disney World, and I'm happy to chat with you about the finer details of how it works.

Dining plan meals and snacks are pooled together for everyone in your party to use, so you're not the only one in charge of managing them. Anyone listed on the reservation and staying in your Disney Resort Hotel room can use a meal or a snack when ordering food at an eligible dining location. This means that if someone in your group grabs a snack or orders a meal, it will automatically be deducted from your shared balance, so there's no need for just one person to manage it all.

To keep track of your dining plan, you can check your balance anytime in the My Disney Experience app, on your dining receipts, or by visiting the front desk at your resort. The app will show a running total of your remaining Quick-Service and Table-Service meals as well as your snacks, so you'll always know how many you have left. If you're dining at a Table-Service restaurant, your server can also check your balance for you before you order, just to make sure you're using your credits exactly how you'd like!

I hope this answers your question, Olivia, and please let us know if there's anything else we can do to help you plan your magical vacation.
