Hello, Holly, and welcome to planDisney! Although I'm no Scrooge McDuck, I do understand that we all need money. And even though our favorite billionaire duck would say that money makes the world go around, we don't all use the same currency. So, let's try to figure out why you see European pricing as you prepare for your upcoming
Walt Disney World Resort visit.
First, I suggest checking what version of the Walt Disney World Resort website you see on your computer. Look at the top of the screen near your name; you should see a field that says United States (English). If you see something like English (Europe), that's your issue. The easiest way to change to the US version of the website is to click on that field and choose United States (English). But depending on the country's website you're viewing, you might not see that option.
Next, try logging out, deleting your browser history, and clearing your cache. Once you've done that, try clicking on
disneyworld.disney.go.com to see if this takes you to the correct site. I'm crossing my webbed feet that this solves all your "money problems," Holly! If you still need help after exploring these options, please
call Website Support, and a fine-feathered Cast Member will be glad to troubleshoot with you.
I see you'll be visiting during the
EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival, so I hope you'll enjoy the topiaries on display. My favorite is the new Princess Tiana topiary in the American pavilion at the World Showcase. And you have to try my favorite festival treat, the Pineapple Skewer with Tajin Seasoning, at Refreshment Outpost. It's the perfect way to cool off on a warm Florida day!
Holly, I hope I've given you some ideas to show me the money! Please
stop by planDisney anytime; it just makes "cents!"
Magic awaits,
Elaine
