When it comes to your My Disney Experience account, more is definitely not more! I completely understand the need to make sure that everything is linked under a single My Disney Experience account. With that being said, your best bet will be to
call a Cast Member either in Website Support or My Disney Experience. Have as much information as you can, handy, including the email addresses associated with both accounts, as well as any reservation numbers. This will help the Cast Member to locate your information easily and efficiently. They'll be happy to help you with the next best steps that are available to you! I'd suggest calling as soon as you're able so you can continue with your magical planning.
Once everything's aligned under one account, take a little time to download and explore the
My Disney Experience app. This app will let you check wait times for attractions, access
virtual queues, view park maps, and even
mobile order food – my favorite! This is a great way to minimize waits and maximize the fun.
