    According to a blog posting, Coronado Springs' Pepper Market is a buffet for breakfast and lunch, as a test. We are staying at this resort and planned to have breakfast there daily, but my family are light eaters and a buffet would be a waste. Any info?

    As you said, they really are testing a new format. When Disney does this it can run on for a while until it just quietly becomes the new normal, and at other times it seems to just stop one day unannounced.

    What I would recommend in this case is that if it is still being tested then consider trying the buffet breakfast one of your first mornings. If it seems like it is too much, I would go to Cafe Rix from then on out. They do a pretty good job for a quick service counter area, and I like their breakfast sandwiches. That would be a better, faster, and more affordable alternative for you.
