What accommodations do you have for someone with incontinence issues who struggle with long queuing

    Hi Natalie!

    Welcome to planDisney!

I’m happy to report that if a member of your travel party needs to leave the queue at any time to use the restroom, they’ll be more than welcome to use Attraction Queue Re-Entry. Once they return to the queue, they’ll just speak with the Cast Member at the entrance to the queue to let them know that they’d like to use the Attraction Queue Re-Entry accommodation, and the Cast Member will be happy to assist them in meeting up with the rest of the group in the queue.

To find the nearest restroom when you’re at Disney World, open your My Disney Experience app and click the map icon at the bottom of the screen. Then, swipe sideways at the top of the screen to click Restrooms, and you’ll see icons pop up on the map.

It’s good to note that the First Aid locations at the theme parks and water parks have a limited selection of incontinence products if needed, as well. You can visit those locations for more details.

I hope that helps! If you have any other questions as you continue to plan your trip, feel free to come back and visit us!
