Aloha, Alyssa.
What a fabulous name you have! I’m so glad you stopped by planDisney to chat about a future
Walt Disney World Resort vacation. There’s no better time to come “home” to the magic than during
The World’s Most Magical Celebration, so I hope you can make your trip happen soon.
Oh bother, I’m sorry to hear about the mishap with your
theme park tickets disappearing. Is it possible you accidentally reassigned the ticket to someone else in your
Family & Friends list? If so, you can easily
reassign the ticket back to you as long as you do so before the ticket has been used. In your
My Disney Experience Mobile App, click the three horizontal lines in the bottom right corner and select “Tickets and Passes” from the options. Scroll through and see if you can find the ticket that was previously assigned to you. If you are able to locate it, just click the “Reassign Ticket” option under the ticket’s details. If, however, you somehow deleted the ticket from your
My Disney Experience account completely, you will need to call the Internet Help Desk at (407) 939-7765 for further assistance. The helpful Cast Members there should be able to recover your ticket.
I don’t know if you heard, but the dates of the
EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival were just announced. You can delight in all the tantalizing culinary creations starting July 14, 2022 through November 19, 2022. If you haven't decided on your trip dates, this is a great time of year to go! The
Eat to the Beat Concert Series, which features concerts from some fantastic artists and bands, is my favorite Festival offering. Of course, the food is the real star of the show! The menus have not yet been released, but keep an eye on the
Disney Parks Blog for updates. If you are a Disney Foodie and love
EPCOT like me, then this Festival will be right up your alley!
I hope you are able to recover your ticket real soon, Alyssa, so you can get right back to planning your dream vacation. Once you do, all of us here at
planDisney will be waiting to help answer any questions that pop up along the way.
Have courage and be kind,
Alyssa
