If you have the confirmation number for your ticket, you can try to enter this number on the
Link Reservations and Purchases page. Then, follow the prompts to assign it to a Guest. You'll want to also make sure that you still see the Theme Park Reservation that you made with the
Disney Park Pass system for this Guest on your desired date in
My Plans.
However, if you are unable to link this ticket to your
My Disney Experience account or you need assistance with your Theme Park Reservation using the Disney Park Pass system, my best piece of advice would be to speak to a Cast Member at your earliest convenience. If you are in or near a park, you can head to
Guest Relations or speak to a Cast Member stationed under a blue umbrella. You could also speak to a Cast Member by calling (407) 934-7639. Be sure to explain your situation with your Theme Park Tickets (and your Theme Park Reservation, if necessary) and they will help you with the next right steps to get things back on track.
